From exhibit halls to boardrooms and every room in between, the beautifully-appointed Southern California venues of our Long Beach Hyatt can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements.
To ensure your Southern California venue meets your requirements, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for climate, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity. To ensure a successful event, PSAV, our in-house audiovisual provider, is equipped for accommodate any technical requirements.
First Floor (Lower Level)
Tides
Take advantage of the ideal location in Tides to host a private dinner gathering. Our upper level provides a semi-private dining area surrounded by elegant draperies. This exclusive space will accommodate large groups up to 45 guests. Special fixed menus are available, or if you prefer, your guests can order from our regular menu.
Shoreline
This flexible meeting venue is located in a quiet area just around the corner of the Seaview Ballroom. This room can be set in a variety of styles to suit your needs. Utilize it as one room or separate into two to fit your group, from U-shape for 27 to theater for 200. You may also choose to use this space as overflow from the ballroom, as your meeting "headquarters" or to hold a lunch buffet for your attendees.
Pacific / Harbor
Organize a committee meeting or brainstorming session in any of these versatile Southern California spaces, positioned across from Shoreline. The ample size of these rooms allows for working lunches to keep the progress steady and the ideas flowing. Perfect for focus meetings and discussions, you can choose to have the room set in a U-shape for 22, or up to 36 set in a hollow square.
Fourth Floor (Third Level)
Regency Ballroom
This gracious ballroom, the largest of our meeting facilities at 10,000 square feet, boast soaring 16-foot ceilings with recessed chandeliers for perfect lighting without interference. Orchestrate an exhibition to showcase new products and ideas, with over 50 trade show booths. Introduce the latest technology to your colleagues and clients in a high tech presentation, with capacity up to 1,400 guests. From the largest of meetings to the most elegant of banquets, this classic ballroom will easily transform to create the image you want to project.
Regency Boardroom
This classically styled boardroom features an elegant wood boardroom table and executive leather chairs for up to 12 guests. This VIP style boardroom is equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen and electrical embedded in the conference table. This is ideal for senior management planning sessions, executive committee meetings or any VIP conference.
